If we have the honor of building your custom home, you'll probably see a lot of our founder Dan Johnson. While you may not get to spend too much time with many owner/founders who spend much of the day behind a desk, Dan is as a hands-on builder as it gets. Between spending time with the customer, ensuring everything is perfect for them, and holding all subcontractors to the highest standards, Dan loves being in the field. For over 30 years, Dan has been truly leading from the front and letting people see that priding ourselves in transparency is not just a marketing slogan thrown on our website. He believes that the quality and attention to detail in every home sets us apart and does whatever it takes to live up to that expectation!

From her award-winning design skills on the job site to managing the Johnson Construction office and books, Anna is arguably the glue of the company and someone who handles wearing multiple hats better than most!  Hailed often as Johnson Construction's most valued asset, Anna is someone that not only our customers enjoy getting a helping hand from when making tough interior and exterior design decisions, but also valued from our subcontractors and vendors who always appreciate the smile and efficiency Anna brings to the table.  Just between Anna and Dan, you'll already find it tough to pick a favorite when going through the home building experience with Johnson Construction!

As soon as Mitch had the hand-eye coordination to sweep a floor and swing a hammer, Mitch began gaining experience and learning the ins and outs of the construction world. After having a successful exit in 2019 from a financial company he took from conception to acquisition, Mitch got into the family business to give a hand with project management and business development to help ensure as the business grew from all of its' success, not an ounce of quality was sacrificed. Whether helping keep our new builds on track and organized or evaluating new investment opportunities - and everything in between - Mitch wears the hat needed to get the job done & keep our customers happy!
